Visual Coaching Signature Course
Originally developed and taught through the Association for Coaching, the Visual Coaching Signature Course offers an in-depth exploration of visual coaching that is both practical and psychologically grounded.
Designed as an intimate, highly interactive learning experience, the course helps coaches move beyond a word-only approach. Participants learn practical ways to work with images, metaphors, stories, and visual reflection to deepen coaching conversations, expand perspective, and connect insight with action.
A Practical Journey Through Six Psychological Perspectives
Visual coaching is more than a collection of creative exercises. Different psychological traditions offer different ways of understanding how clients experience their world, what motivates them, and how change unfolds.
Across the course, participants will explore practical visual coaching methods through six perspectives:
Psychodynamic · Existential · Buddhist Psychology · Cognitive · Developmental · Positive Psychology
Together, these perspectives help coaches widen their lens, recognize more possibilities in the coaching conversation, and choose visual interventions more intentionally.

Recognize and work more intentionally with metaphors and symbolic language in coaching conversations
Explore how story and narrative identity shape perspective, generate motivation, and open new possibilities for change
Design visual action plans that help carry insight into action and support follow-through
